As our summer season comes to an end, Bell Street Chapel resumes services in our sanctuary. Our monthly discussion group and coffee hours are also starting back up. And, as much as I love beach days and other summer shenanigans, I feel great joy that our community comes back together to connect with one another on a regular basis.
At Bell Street Chapel, we are all about community. In months to come, our weekly services will continue to be energizing and inspiring. Our drop in choir is also resuming its moving musical offerings for services. Our monthly discussion group will engage us in thoughtful conversation on an assortment of topics. Our monthly coffee hour will provide even more time for folks to socialize and activate on social issues.
All are welcome all to join us!
As we look to the future, there is much work to be done and play to be enjoyed. Save the date for our annual Gratitude Potluck taking place on November 24 in Eddy Hall immediately following our service. I am also working with our music director on the a potential project to get our exquisite organ back to playable use. The Eddy Hall Improvement project is underway and folks are invited to share insights by sending a message to BellStreetHTeam@gmail.com by September 30 with your suggestions.
I do hope to see you at our services and please be sure to say “hello”!
Warmly,
Dennise M. Kowalczyk
President – Bell Street Chapel Board of Directors
