WARRANT
Notice to the members of The Religious Society of Bell Street Chapel that
THE ANNUAL MEETING
will be held in person and via Zoom, on Sunday, June 22 at 10 AM
during the regular Worship service
The presence of a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total number of active members is required for a quorum for any Societal vote.
(If participating by Zoom, members will be asked to sign their names into the chat for purposes of record keeping.)
All are welcome to join us for our Annual Meeting on Sunday, June 22. Please note that only active members can participate in any voting and be counted in making up the quorum.
The Warrant, Agenda, Coordinator Reports, and Treasurer Report for the 2025 Annual Meeting are available to view on our G Drive.
Join us each week downstairs for light refreshments and conversation after worship. Sometimes it is just cider and juice and conversation in the Chapel Lobby. For the first Sunday of the month, we often have a more robust spread and coffee and tea in Eddy Hall. Sometimes we have a special event, like a potluck or a luncheon in Eddy Hall. (See the blog or the newsletter for specifics!) Get to know Bell Street members better, find out about local events and find new ways to get involved. Let us spend time together and bring deeper conversations to our worship together.
